1. Please email the following to schedule@MobileNotarease.com:
• Loan Docs at least 6 hours prior to signing to ensure printing and quality control.
  
• Any special instructions in the body of the email.
  
• FedEx Label to ship documents or a $75 courier fee for same day delivery (next day for late signings with ​no drop box.
  
• Clients name, phone number and location of signing.
  
• Contact info for Escrow Agent; Loan Officer; Realtor in case of any questions.
  
2. Invoices will be sent electronically to the Escrow Agent on communications unless otherwise noted. Loan ​Docs are invoiced on net 30 terms.
   
3. Click on the “Schedule Here” icon on the top right of this page to schedule your signing OR call for special ​times and circumstances. If your timeslot is not available, call us.
   
4. Please ensure clients have read and asked questions regarding their transaction prior to our Notary Public ​agent arriving.
