What you need...

• Certified Notary Publics and Signing Agents - CA state commissioned notary public number in good ​standing.
• Insurance - Each agent must carry a $15,000 notary bond as well as a $100,000 4-year Travelers E&O ​(Errors & Omissions) insurance policy during their commission.
  
• 1099 NEC - The ability to work under contract with tax form 1099-NEC. Whether it is personal or under a ​business name.
• Reliable Transportation - We ask that all agents have reliable transportation to arrive to/from the signing ​location. Mileage is not paid by the mile but is instead worked into the compensation for mobile ​services.
• Communication - A second language is a plus to get more clients! However, our agents must have great ​verbal and non-verbal communication skills!
• Customer Service Skills - We strive to be the best in the industry, and our customer service must exude ​that in every way.
